Insurance & Payment Options
At Emily Pritt Coaching, we’re committed to making your clarity journey as seamless as possible. Because coaching is a non-clinical, self-development service, we do not bill health insurance directly. Here’s how most clients pay:
- Private Pay:
Book a session or retainer package and pay online by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- HSA/FSA Reimbursement:
If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you may be able to submit your coaching invoices for reimbursement. Please check your plan’s guidelines for “wellness coaching” or “life coaching.”
- Corporate Wellness Benefits:
Many employers offer coaching as part of their employee wellness program. We’re happy to coordinate invoicing directly with your HR or benefits team.
- Sliding Scale & Retainers:
A limited number of reduced-rate slots are available on a sliding scale, and retainer agreements (monthly hour blocks) can provide added savings and priority scheduling.
