The following policies are in regard to firearm courses, training, and consulting services provided:
Payment: Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received three business days before the course date will result in no admittance of the person to the course or instruction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal with the submission of a completed registration form.
Cancellations: Under rare circumstances courses may be cancelled by the Instructor. In these instances refunds will be given (if requested within 7 days of cancellation) or the option to reschedule for a later date.
Refunds: All Sales are Final. If you register for a course you are expected to attend. If you do not, refunds are not given and you have six months to reschedule.
Students are required to successfully pass a written exam and a shooting qualification as step one of the Hadgun Permit APPLICATION PROCESS. The Instructor is not liable for your eligibility to obtain a Handgun Carry Permit. We DO NOT issues Refunds, nor does the State for your inability to obtain a Handgun Carry Permit.
Note: Consulting services will adhere to explicit terms lined out in the Services Contract.
